No problems with Larry here. Obviously, a man between a rock and a hard place. Isn't he afterall the sports editor of The Advocate Messenger, Danville's hometown newspaper, where he posted this article. If Larry were to pick Highlands, he gets run out of Central Kentucky. However, Larry appears to be smart enough not to post the article on his Vaughtsviews UK website that is "For All Things Big Blue" thus avoiding the possibility of starting a rebellion of the UK Big Blue Nation against him. Give the guy credit, he roots for his hometown boys and he writes articles to sell his newspaper. Nothing wrong with that.

I hate to take the air out of the tires on Larry's upset bus, but the same thing can be said about the Highlands players...and a major portion of that "biggest crowd of the year" will be wearing Highlands blue.

Turf Field.

 

No such thing as a sell out at Boyle. Vistors have limited seats so come early from the north if you want a seat. Boyle 's home bleachers are above average and will be full come Friday night.

Rebel Stadium is as big as most average high school stadiums. We tend to have standing room only when playing high profile games (Danville, Lex. Cath. ect). It's a turf field.

No, I think that type of weather phenomenon is generally found a little farther to the southeast.

I will assure the Big Blue Nation that Boyle County does not need to stoop that low to defeat Highlands tomorrow night. Reguardless of where that comment was meant that type of stuff DOES NOT HAPPEN at Boyle.
