I don't see him working for the NFL or in TV after he retires, you would think the guy might think about his life after football when he says stupid things like that? I'd let him go.

They basically spent the entire day killing him on talk radio today. The conclusion was that the NFL really didn't need to levie a fine. The Steelers are probably going to have a nice conversation with him that it's time to get his act together or he can join the list of very good blindside OLB in the Steelers scheme that they sent packing! They also said PItt will more than likely suspend him themselves the 1st game which is the Ravens. That's pretty huge! I can understand him being mad at Godell. I would be too. He's got that physical mentality + he flips the switch on the field. I've been there. Difference is he has no clue how to control his emotions off the field and how to keep his mouth shut. He got killed more for throwing his own QB under the bus than the Godell stuff. Any other job you slam your boss it's hit the door. They also talked about how tight a lockeroom is in the NFL. Made some good points that if any player from another team thinks about attacking their QB then they better be ready for an entire offensive line to pounce on them. Now it's a guy on his own team.

I'd say it is. Tell you're boss you hate him, call him the devil, and that you don't respect him. Then call him stupid, a dictator, a puppet, and use an anti-gay slur. I think you or I would be very lucky to just be suspended.

Areb he players overpaid? - Yes, imo all pro athletes are ............but for the owners to cry about their money is an absolute joke. I usually get disgusted with the pro athletes and their complaints but this one is all on the owners.

Harrison is out of his head, but it's tough not to understand his position. Goddell, rather than be an arbiter for the good of the game, has shown himself to be a mouthpiece for ownership through this entire lockout. He has no desire to end the lockout for the good of the sport, but to get the best deal possible for the owners. I don't fault him for that, because it's his job, but I'm not going to pretend like I don't see what makes Harrison and a lot of other players so upset with Goddell.

That is a very good point as well. Harrison was just a world class idiot with the way he expressed his message.
