In the same sequence...not really throughout the interview. I thought he used the term a couple of more times after that short clip. But to say - 'are you a "flake"' seems extraordinarily personal. Maybe "they point you say 'flaky things'" would have been better and less personal. But it just seemed like a very unprofessional characterization. I am not sure Palin was attacked this directly by a professional media person.
