The NCAA has basically said they would never use it again, after seeing what it did to SMU. The closest they have ever come to evoking it again was in 1989, on a certain basketball program near and dear to me.

Didn't Samaki Walker, the basketball player from UL, have some "interesting" dealings with a Columbus auto dealer while at the University? I wonder if it was the same outfit.

Coach Saban has been named. He coached at OSU/Toledo/went to Kent State. Cleveland Browns. Mark May Twitter...he also saw a Cincinnati Reds game once.

I think Rich Rod flew over Ohio on his way to Michigan, but I feel safe in saying there isn’t a Buckeye fan alive who would want Rodriguez.
