RAMS FOOTBALL 2011.......MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!

Can't wait to watch some football practice tonight. After seeing the boys in action during the 7 on 7 and all the work they have put in during the off season, I am excited to see how the season unfolds. We still have some question marks but there seems to be a lot of kids that are willing to work.

So many of our "lambs" got reps last year. That was an advantage for us.

I agree. Many freshmen and sophomores started or were at least in the rotation last year and that will pay off this season, allowing them to play above their age this year.

One more full week of practice, then "Team Camp" begins. We will know a lot more after "Team Camp", that will tell us how far we have come, and how far we have to go. Two full weeks of football preparation.

Road trip Friday!!!!! The team and coaching staff will be traveling to Cincinnati to watch the Reds/Giants baseball game. Great way to bond before showing up for team camp Sunday evening.

Thank you Doc, that comment about their attitude and work ethic is what I wanted to hear. It is safe to say that I have seen alot of Raceland teams through the years. I have to say that some teams with not as much talent than other Ram teams that had better seasons that the teams that were really more talented. Attitude and work ethic mean everything.

Thats great, should this team become a "band of brothers" then by seasons end they will be a good football team. Keep this group with that same attitude and work ethic through the next couple of years and the sky is the limit.

I have had more than one person tell me that this group was as good and had as much potential as they have seen at Raceland in a long time, maybe ever!
