About the updates - I don't know if you will be able to find out anything on Rams football, there are so few of us on here and we really are not known to post much about Raceland or football anywhere for that matter.

Thank you cnc78, from the huge metropolitan area of the Twin Cities (Raceland/Worthington,lol) I certainly hope that you guys have a great season as well. I think that it would be great if the two schools could work it out to schedule one another. A Saturday night game (due to traveling distance) would be nice.

Maybe we'll get to see each other in the playoffs one of these days. We'll be young, lost alot of talent especially on defense with Perkins and Root graduating, but we do have some frosh that played on the middle school state champs that in a couple years are gonna be hard to handle. Best of luck for a great season. Seems football is the life blood of small southern towns...God sure knew what he was doing when he led man to create HS football!!

I agree Ram, I don't think that either one of these schools football programs are going anywhere, anytime soon.

The boys have worked extremely hard this Winter and Spring. Coach Maynard has given them time off until July 11th. Enjoy your break, football will be expected to stretch into December........just sayin'.

You're right, the Lambs have worked extremely hard and have been preparing for a long time. The only thing they haven't been able to do in the off season is gain playing experience. I hope they show up on the 11th ready to gain that much needed experience.
