What would you consider a successful 2011 season for the Reds?

As long as they get back to the playoffs, though I want more.

A repeat of last year at least .

I am not a Reds fan but can speak as a casual observer and reader of BGP posts. To me the most important thing is not to drop off from the success of last year. We have seen plenty of teams have a magical season - an aberration you could say - then fall back to obscurity. To me this season should be more about "not failing" instead of trying be successful, if that makes sense. They need to be heavily entrenched in the NL Central race for the season. That is how I would define success this year. If they make the post-season, then great. If not, you still have a lot to look forward to and know they have legit staying power.

Just make the playoffs.

Anything can happen once you get there.
