I've been known to put on my socks before my pants and then sometimes right after my pants. And I sometimes put my shoes on before my shirt if they are slip ons. Belt always goes last.

Brush my teeth, get a cup of coffee, any number of things. shirt - If I'm wearing a shirt I have to tuck in, I put the shirt on first. pants -If I'm wearing a shirt that hangs out, I put the pants and belt on first. belt shoes - always last.
