February 22, 201115 yr WOW! Are you looking to hire? Gift certificate to Nordstroms or UGG slippers. UGG slippers run around $80 to $100. For $100, gift certificates to spa's or dining out are nice. That covers most the cost. Party source has some great ideas. In fact, just this past Friday they had a class making vacation destination cocktails. You know, all the fruity fun stuff. Fun night and educational . They do that periodically. Be fun to get the girls together and set them up for the night. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! :scared:

I decided to get them all a gift certificate for the local steak house that should be enough to have a dinner for 2 with all the extras. I also got them each a nice scented candle and a thank you card with a hand written note. They were all happy with that it seemed. I'll save some of the other ideas for next time.

I would agree with some of the others that the spa/manicure/pedicure is not for everyone. If your employees also have a busy homelife---it may cause even more stress trying to find the time in their schedule for those appointments. Food is always the right choice! On the AE gift card idea, (which I think is great), it seems that some places may not accept that---but they would accept those VISA gift cards?
