February 21, 201115 yr I want to buy a gift for all the staff in the office, and I have no idea what to buy the women in the office. They work hard and they go the extra mile, which is a real benefit and greatly appreciated. We pay bonuses, but I want to just buy them something as a thank you from me. I'm not sure what is appropriate and I really have no idea where to start. Any ideas? I would especially like to hear some female opinions.
February 21, 201115 yr I know I'm not a female, but Watusi what are you looking to spend? Office work has been where I've been placed both in HS and college, so I've had to buy plenty of things for ladies at work.

February 21, 201115 yr Somewhere between $50-$100 WOW! Are you looking to hire? Gift certificate to Nordstroms or UGG slippers. UGG slippers run around $80 to $100. For $100, gift certificates to spa's or dining out are nice. That covers most the cost. Party source has some great ideas. In fact, just this past Friday they had a class making vacation destination cocktails. You know, all the fruity fun stuff. Fun night and educational . They do that periodically. Be fun to get the girls together and set them up for the night.
February 21, 201115 yr ^ I have done the above for my office staff before and they all seemed to enjoy it. I have also collaborated with husbands on nights out to fancy dining.
February 21, 201115 yr I got spa gift certificates one year for the girls. Not nearly as popular as I thought it would be. Can't ever go wrong with food. I also thought that gift certificates were too impersonal, I was informed that I am totally wrong. Just choose carefully.

And lately it has been one rough day after another. I want them to know I appreciate them and all their hard work. We are a little bit limited here with eating and shopping choices, but does everyone think gift certificates are suitable?
February 21, 201115 yr I think gift certificates are suitable and well appreciated but setting up a spa day or something of that nature for them would go the extra step for them like they do for you all the time. They did this at my fiances work and they all loved it and it made them feel very appreciated.
February 21, 201115 yr Girls love to go to the spa for a manicure or a pedicure. This would be my choice, but I would throw in both the manicure and pedicure. Also you should have some left over for a gift card to a nice meal out. Perfect day for a female that needs to relax. These ladies are lucky to working for a Boss that really cares about them!!!.

Any of you in that region have any suggestions for a particular spa to go with, I'd appreciate it. Somewhere that they could get a mani/pedi and maybe a massage or hairdo or something like that. We're working 6 days a week right now, so I may have to wait a couple of months before I could do that. I will keep that in mind though and may give them a day out when I can. For a gift right now, what about gift certificates to Bath and Body, along with a gift certificate to the local steak house?
