February 14, 201115 yr For the record I am mentally slapping myself for posting this and making light of what could be a serious condition. She was taken to a hospital but I can't find any mention of her condition. Same here Clyde. Hope she is okay.

February 15, 201115 yr A KCBS spokesman released a statement that Branson was examined by paramedics on the scene immediately following the broadcast. "Her vital signs were normal," the statement said. "She was not hospitalized. As a precautionary measure, a colleague gave her a ride home, and she says she is feeling fine this morning."

There is also something that involves the brain all of a sudden throwing out bits and pieces of words on it's own, and not what the person actually wants to say, I can't think of the name of the condition but no it's not turrets, and sometimes the person doesn't even know they are talking gibberish. If can come and go quickly too.
February 15, 201115 yr Author I will admit that as someone who does a lot of talking for work the ol' tongue and brain do not always seem to be working as a team.
February 15, 201115 yr A doctor they just had on the news said it wasn't a stroke, ot it would have been longer lasting. He thinks it was a TIA, a complex migraine, or a condition where parts of the brain briefly stop communicating with one another.

Usually it creates vision problems like blurriness or flashing lights, but can impact speech if it is located in the speech part of your brain. Mystery solved.

Usually it creates vision problems like blurriness or flashing lights, but can impact speech if it is located in the speech part of your brain. Mystery solved. She said she had a headache and some blurred vision before this happened. She also reported numbness in her face and right hand, as well as some loss of sensation in that arm.
