Agreed! CCH was winning tonight before Montgomery went down, I don't think if he didn't go dwon that it would have changed the outcome. CCH MAY be starting to click at the right time, just before tourney time, I have a feeling that "the email" may unite them. SK hasn't been healthy lately, which could have some part in their play and record lately, they need to come to play this game as they did Vs Ashland in the AIT. Plus, it's senior night for CCH, they will be ready to play and the crazies will be out in force, Would be nice for SK if they had some sort of student support as they do Vs Walton.

I like the way that the G's play for CCH, Maschinot doesn't waste any time getting up the court with the ball.

Simon Kenton has 5 losses on their schedule to teams that CovCath has beaten. I like the Colonels.

I too like the Colonels on Senior nite. The place will be rocking. And as far as the bolded comment, This IMO has been a welcome change as of late. Too often when the team was losing, the ball was being walked up the court all the time. And I think we really saw it in the Boone game, and even some if the Dixie game, when CCH runs the court, the other team has been getting winded. Another key if the increased minutes for both Schult and Hudepohl. Both bring a lot of energy and speed to the games.

The Colonels will win this one at home in a hostile gym.

CCH 65

SK 48

Does anyone know if either team is missing anyone due to sickness or injury? I thought I heard Connelly was battling something the other nite. Hopefully both teams will be at full strength tonite.

CCH needs to win to continue momentum going into huge district game vs. HC and to maintain and build confidence.

How is SK fairing in their Region and what are their chances???

Voices in his head, maybe?

CovCath would do well to bring a sports psychologist in for a group therapy session with this team.

Weird to think that this group is having senior night. "Seems like yesterday" keeps popping into my head.

Sorry I thought I heard CCIR say something on the broadcast, or maybe I read something on here, or maybe I am really just getting old!

As far as the psychologist, they didn't bring one in yet?? :D That would have served them well for certain. I agree that for this group , the bggest obstacle has always been their minds. When they do not let the games get in their head, and are having fun, they are very good and very fun to watch.

I agree 100% - gonna be very strange not watching these guys playing ball together as have been doing for the past 10 years -(at least a big group of them)

After the Ashland I.T. SK has been plagued by injuries with such players as Chambers, Ayers, Monson and heck I forget who else. Nick Gray gets his cast off soon, but not sure if he will get to play before the end of the season. Only recently did they start to get everyone back, Chambers is getting back to where he belongs. IF they stay healthy they should do okay in the 8th.
