December 20, 201015 yr Enforcement might be the biggest issue with the ban. While at the Bengals game yesterday there were 7 policemen huddled together at the bottom of the steps. I asked one of them if smoking was banned in the stadium. He confirmed my thoughts and I just turned around and looked at about 20 smokers gathered in the platform about 20 feet away from him and just shook my head and walked on. I guess he didn't want to take away from his social hour to control the smoking. Walking down the ramps and stairways is like being in a small bar over there at PBS.

December 20, 201015 yr Smoking is so nasty. Being people are going to do it I say raise the price to 100 bucks a pac and use the tax money to fix some of the problems in the country. Also make it a law smoking is only permitted in your home with the doors and windows shut. Make it a thousand dollar fine the first time the law is beoken and add a 1,000 for each additional time the smoker breaks the law. Use that money to help out the schools and other problems in this country. I think watching Ohio State football is so nasty. Since people are going to do it, I'd say they should make the games all PPV and charge $100 per game, and use the money to fix some of the problems in the country.
