It was a crowd safety issue, so he was asked to stop. He refused to stop and in the process shoved a police officer hard enough to send him to the ground. He was arrested, charged with disorderly conduct, and is in custody. His return is doubtful.

December 5, 201015 yr ESPN just had a segment on the Mascot, complete with video. It's one thing to have a losing season...it's another thing to be a national joke. How embarassing for the program. As Sam Wyche once said "you live in Cincinnati, not in Cleveland!"
