Take off your blue tinted glasses and you'll see that he was in the air coming to a jump stop calling timeout while looking at the referee. Liggins was planted before he hit the ground. Everyone watching the game knew he was calling timeout and yet Liggins tries to draw a charge when the ref is looking at Overton waiting for him to signal a timeout. Did he throw a chicken wing? Yeah. But he didn't connect because Liggins was on the ground sellling his flop. No call.
