I should have stated "traditional country" and the artist today that still will play "real country". Certainly not theTaylor Swift type junk.

November 12, 201015 yr Not sure how you question anyone's taste in music then make the statement in bold. I guess it's just the music I know best. There were some solid bands/artists in the 80's (late 70's) - Cars, AC/DC, Tom Petty, Huey Lewis, Boston, Y2, Police, Guns N Roses, Journey, Hall & Oates, Foreignor, REO, Pat Benetar, Aerosmith, John Mellencamp, Outfield, INXS, Genesis, etc.... - that sound a whole lot better than most of the garbage I hear kids playing these days.

If it makes you feel any better, "The Final Countdown" was waaaayyyy up the list of worst songs ever. I think in the case of one-hit wonders, they're given a pass and their tune of note got shifted to the worst songs list. Strangely, I don't recall "Muskrat Love" being on the list of worst tunes.

Muskrat Suzie, Muskrat Sam Do the jitterbug at a Muskrat Land Yeah, I think you are right. I guess I'm just a tad upset that Richard Marx, Mick Jagger, and Air Supply were on the list.
