They are Walton Verona's boys, not yours or mine (by the way the way, this is not Coach McMillen). As for formations and what not, I leave that to the coaches to decide. Zach Nichter ran for over 600 yards using that formation and many others. You are clueless. PM me if you want to go into specifics. Go Bearcats!

Sarge has certainly defended and promoted the Walton Verona team here. I guess he could have been negative but he chose not to.

Probably someone with a personal issue with Coach McMillen. I like both coaches and both did a good job. They are both different and have different styles etc.

Bearcats: Execute your offense just as you have for the majority of the season, contain on special teams like you know how, then get into position on D like you've been coached, pin your ears back an get after Frankfort! Good group of kids and coaches who have all gotten better as the year has progressed. Bearcats can win this one.

WOW, kg came into BGPreps with some hard words... Sometimes you have to go with what you have and like sarge said, it was relatively effective.. Not a fan of the formation in HS either, but you gotta do what you gotta do to move the ball... And when 75% of your players have only played for a year or so, you have to start from somewhere..

I'm glad you don't! I love going to Frankfort for football games. Garrard was in their Class A district for years and then played a couple non-district games more recently. The facilities just scream "old-school," which is probably why I like it.

kg, your buddy Barth isn't anything special either... I believe they simply run a Wing-T-esque formation (been around for a while) and showed up in the right place at the right time... With a good group of upper classmen who already knew what it took to win ball games.. Not discounting the progress of the program, just saying that it's not like he had to revive a fledgling program by any means.. I.E. the next Dayton coach..

I watched a Bellevue team last year in the playoff's who had a lot more speed then this Walton Verona struggle mightily. I think the panthers speed will be to much. Frankfort by 21.
