6A playoffs

Ryle AD told me that if Henry Clay beats Conner and then beats the winner of Tates Creek/Simon Kenton, that they would host the Region IV championship game against Ryle (assuming, of course, that Ryle advances). He said he wasn't 100% certain, but that he thought that was accurate. Anyone know for certain?

We won't have to worry about that though SK will beat HC again.

SK needs to worry about getting past Tates Creek first

I don't think they are worried. The game is at SK plus they will rest there starters against Scott.

I am pretty certain he is correct.

Coop I think you are correct. If week three comes down to Ryle vs Henry Clay it would be in Lexington.

Big mistake, over the last month Henry Clay is very good football.

What decides this? Ryle didn't lose a game in their district plus SK and Boone both beat HC seems like that make the game at Ryle?

Region flops every other year on a one vs. one seed.

I agree the Blue Devils are a very explosive team, but I will not yet say they are a very good team.

Their skilled position speed and quickness is most impressive, but their defense needs a lot of improvement.

The defense is giving up an average of 27 points per game this season and a whopping 39 points per game in the last three contests versus Clark County, Madison Central, and Tates Creek.

This is not the recipe to beat teams like Simon Kenton, Ryle, and Trinity in order to go deep into the playoffs.

This HC team is not the same offensive team that lost to BC and SK. But you're right Strong, HC won't be able to outscore teams that have a good defense.

This SK team is not the same team that faced HC! In three weeks HC will be a speed bump and so will Ryle! Trinity better be ready SK is heading your way!

I imagine we'll be prepared, if we're lucky enough to be there.

Trinity is always ready, but SK has never been ready.

Trinity will have no answer for Mr Lawrence and his passing game!

And, let me guess, Trinity does not have any wide receivers that could start for SK. Are you familiar with Mr. Quick?
