October 4, 201015 yr He still had the run... you cant take it away from him. It was at the end of the game to run the clock out (ie clutch time). He had like 140 against Baltimore last week too.

October 4, 201015 yr Goodbye Marvin! It will be about 5 years later than it should have been. Considering the degree of difficulty in working within the Mike Brown family structure, Marvin has performed as well as anyone we could hope to get. Bill Cowher is not going to work for Mike Brown. Neither is Parcells, Shanahan, or Holmgren, etc. 1999 - Coslet 3-13 2000 - Coslet 4-12 2001 - Coslet/LeBeau 4-12 2002 - LeBeau 2-14 2003 - Marvin 8-8 2004 - Marvin 8-8 2005 - Marvin 11-5 PLAYOFFS 2006 - Marvin 8-8 2007 - Marvin 7-9 2008 - Marvin 4-11-1 2009 - Marvin 10-6 PLAYOFFS All things considered, Marvin has been pretty good, as compared with what came before and what is likely to follow.

Looks even better if you go back into the 90's or might we say the "Shula Project"
October 4, 201015 yr Looks even better if you go back into the 90's or might we say the "Shula Project" I would certainly support Dale M. moving across the river to take over the helm at PBS when Marvin's term ends.

October 4, 201015 yr I don't understand why NFL coaches have no idea how to use the clock in their favor. I have never played one down of football and I'd be a better clock, time out, and challenge manager than some of these coaches. It absolutely blows my mind the Bengals didn't run the clock down at the end of the half. That along with whatever the Indy coach was thinking and Philly getting a delay of game at the end of the half after a 5 minute delay for a challenge and using a TO baffles me. It's not that hard.
October 4, 201015 yr Marvin is terrible and has peaked long ago. He is a .500 coach at best. Not NFL material...........
October 4, 201015 yr Until he got Shipley decapitated. You can't put that on the QB. They were inside the 10 yard line, the throwing windows down there are very small. You have to try to fit it into tight windows down there, and guys have to be ready to take a hit. That hit wouldn't have been to bad if he didn't hit him in the head.
October 4, 201015 yr Palmer looked better. .......at times. Throwing the ball he looked really good yesterday. However I know he was trying to hold on to the ball to try to make a play, but sometimes he does just need to throw it away instead of taking a sack.
October 4, 201015 yr How can you & I be the only ones on here that see how incredibly bad and predictable his play calling is????? I'm not sure who this guy has pictures of, but he's got to be one of the worst managers of an offense in the history of the league?? If he was at Highlands, they couldn't beat Campbell County!! I believe I have said more about Bratkowski than anyone on here. He is absolutely horrible. The only time our offense has looked good this year is in the no huddle, and he is not calling the plays. It was the same yesterday, once we went no huddle the offense looked good. However I don't know if people noticed but on our last drive we were doing no huddle, but once we got to the 40 yard line we started to huddle up again. Then our offense sucked again. He is absolutely horrible, and is the main reason for the offense struggling. They just need to go no huddle for the majority of the game.
