Do the Bengals draft a QB in the first round?

Carson Palmer, as much as I hate to say it, is a shell of what he used to be. No teams fear him anymore.

 

Do the Bengals go after a QB in the first round of the 2011 draft?

I would say yes, not because Palmer is washed up. Palmer will be adequate until you get another starter ready to go. Palmer is not capable of putting the team on his back and winning games with his ability, they need for him to not lose games. The Bengals will never be true threats to get to a Super Bowl with Carson Palmer, so yeah they should start looking.

Looks like thats where he is. He needs to just manage a game, hand it off a lot, hit the swing and slant passes, and don't do anything stupid that loses the game.

Maybe a safety, or more importantly, a pass rusher.

Agree with pass rusher. I think you can get a good safety outside of the 1st round.
