Who else watched the premiere? I thought it was very good---though at times a little hard to follow due to the large cast. I'm sure with a few repeat viewings and as the season progresses that will go away (much like The Wire).

I do hope that they use Omar a lot more than he was used during the pilot.

I really liked it. And if you're referring to the African American character, the preview show said that he would be a major character in later episodes.

Omar Little

I thought it was excellent. I don't think I've ever been disappointed by Steve Buscemi. Really looking forward to the two hours of television I have next Sunday with this plus the return of Eastbound and Down and Bored to Death.

Agree completely. I wish Bored to Death got more praise---I find it to be consistently funny.

I know its off topic but several people have mentioned East Bound & Down.I love it also. May be the best show on tv. I thought Boardwalk Empire showed a lot of promise. I'll keep watching but I dont think its going to be a Sopranos!

I loved the scene outside the restaurant during the meeting between the Chicago, New York and Atlantic City players. Jimmy Darmody introduces himself to the Chicago muscle guy who, in a very low key manner says, "I'm Al Capone."

After the Pilot HBO seems to have done it again. They are a machine when it comes to putting out quality television.

I loved the scene with Steve Buscemi and his girlfriend/lover got interrupted and she locked herself in the bathroom.

The pilot got huge ratings and HBO renewed for a 2nd season today!

The Season Premiere starts tonight at 9.

Love the show. Anybody else watching tonight?

I will have to wait to watch it online...really like the show for some reason.

I may have to check it out, commercials for this has kind of drawn my interest.
