UK does not have enough speed on the D side to stop Demps.

If Akron had a semi decent QB then they burn UK several times on deep balls. Brantley won't miss many of those, with that said I think Randy Sanders will come out swinging with the deep ball as well and try to build momentum. I think Florida has too many weapons and too much speed and wins 34-21.

Early Vegas line has Florida favored by 14.

 

Normally in the mid 20's, a much smaller spread but I think the public will hammer that -14.

Florida hasn't been overly impressive and UK hasn't played anybody yet. Ultimately, I don't see UK winning in the swamp, but I think this game could be a close one just as easy as it could be a Florida blowout. I don't have a good read on either team.

I have to disagree. If the game is a shootout, I like UF's chances because that means UK cannot stop Demps and Co. I want a game in the low 20s.

My thing is that if it's low scoring, that means that UK's defense is keeping UF in check.

 

And I definitely agree on the Go Canes!!! Wins by the Canes and Cats, and a loss for UF would make my weekend.....well except for the fact that I am up to my knees in homework.:thumb:

I just hope I don't pick the game up late in the 2nd quarter and UF is up 49-0 or some silliness like that.

If I were to bet I would lay the 14. But I don't expect a blowout.

If UK is going to beat Florida, then this year is their best chance to IMO. I would not be surprised at all if UK won this game.
