dmderringer10
Four man rotation --- BA, HB, TW, and JC(Jean-Claude) until EV can get himself straightened out. Every game down the stretch is too important and we can't afford to give away a game while AH or EV tries to figure it out. No thanks.
LRCW
I think Harang will pitch a lot better than he did down in Louisville. Will he be great? I hardly think so, but I think he will pitch well enough to keep the Reds in the game(s). At least I hope so. It's either Harang, or Volquez. The way Volquez has pitched lately it's more like pick your poison.
the mathemagician
No thanks. Throw Harang or Voltron out there right now and you might as well just put Paul Janish and his 49.50 ERA out on the mound. You and Dusty may want to give away one out of every five games the rest of the way; I don't.

That sounds like a good idea.
EZ Living
If the Reds tell Sweet to pitch Harang, Sweet plugs Harang into the lineup. If Cincy tells him not to pitch Harang, he doesn't. It's not about Louisville going for the pennant. You think?
dmderringer10
You think? Yeah, its not like it was his decision to move Chapman to the bullpen.
Randy Parker
I was under the impression that Dusty mentioned the possibility of sitting Volquez for the rest of the season? Did I dream that?

It looks like for now he's going to the bullpen which he says he has no problem with right now.

EZ Living
Geez, hope he can find his way to the bullpen better than he can find home plate! Maybe Dusty can bring him in to pitch in the St Louis series and he can be convenently wild and plunk a few Cards.

I understand that St.Louis is petitioning MLB to prohibit Volquez from wearing standard baseball spikes and only allow him to wear softspikes when taking the mound. It was Cueto that did the kicking.
