If this is true, SK will not beat Middletown. This is not last years Middletown team (and yes I actually attended a Middletown game) but to have so many errors and only lose to Trotwood by 5 is amazing. Albeit a scrimmage game.

 

I also read the score could have been alot worse I just don't see Middletown being able to stop Lawrence.

I hate to break it to you, but one player isn't going to beat an Ohio team like Middletown.

 

I can guarantee that Middletown has ATLEAST 3 kids alone on offense with the same capabilities of Lawrence.

Middletown is not having much luck with there passing game there QB is more of a runner. Rabe, Bailey, Reilly, Wrinkler and I think Krummen all had TD catches against Holmes. SK will have no problem stopping the run.

I am positive nobody on Middletown's team can throw like Lawrence. Whats on Friday? They play Saturday at 2:45.

Ryle would have a better chance of beating Middletown than SK IMO.

SK's defense is good enough to keep them in the game, I will be very interested in seeing how the Oline performs, Chad is very good but he can't make chicken salad out of chicken squat. I expect SK will bring it on the defensive side and they have been successful doing so but when you bring it every play you are likely to be hit up for a big play or two, and I'm sure Middletown has a few guys that can scoot in the open field. I'll be interested in the SK running game without #30, I hope they are up to the task, and it seems like they have a few quality replacements for Miles. I look forward to a good game, Middies are ranked #5 in the Cincy coaches poll, so a win for SK would make for a Saturday.

J-Swan is definetly a future talent but not sure he's ready to make a big contribution just yet...especially against a team like Middletown.

We will find out who is the faster team.
