Just found an Ohio football forum Middletown scrimmaged Trotwood. Middletown had 5 fumbles and threw 4 INT's should be another easy game for SK!!!

Do you understand who Trotwood is?

The final score was Trotwood 19, Middletown 14.

Trotwood is loaded and very fast. Look for this team to go deep in the playoffs. They have a lot returning with a very nice passing game. That seems to be Middletown's soft spot going into the season. Middletown can stop the run but they had trouble covering receivers even though they had many interceptions. Middletown ran a plain vanilla offense and did not want to show the SK scouts to much but Middletown's run game is pretty solid just to many turnovers, ouch. Dropped passes didn't help either.

And yet Middletown only lost by 5. Wow, maybe things will be a little more interesting for the Pioneers.

They could have scored on the 2nd string it doesn't say.

Just when I thought you put together a pretty good and informative assessment of a game, I go and find the same post on another sight. Thought for a second you went to the game. Well, from what I read over there, this should be a good game.

From everything I have read about Middletown they sound like all they can do is run the ball and stop the run on defense. There QB isn't that could of a passer he is more of a runner and all the speed they have they can't stop anybodys passing game.

One thing Middletown will have a lot of is speed. They usually field some very athletic teams and their lines will definetly be big.

Well let's hope SK isn't relying on fumbles and interceptions to win this game.

It will set SK up for easy scores and SK rarely turns the ball over.

As soon as I read it, I knew it wasn't his and I too found the information rather easily.

Just a thought UK#1fan but when you post something that isn't yours, it would be nice of you to state where you obtained your information and give the person the proper credit for their work!

Finally I have enjoyed watching and reading about SK throughout the years from the information from some of the other SK fans, so SK fans please don't think by mine and (I think) others comments about this young man that are we against SK.

I for one will be rooting for SK against any team not from NKy.

I wouldn't short change the Middies. A down year for them is usually still a pretty good football team.

I just think SK is alot better than them. Chad Lawrence was really good against Holmes Friday.

You may be right. But when you cross the river, it's a whole new ball game.

If this is true, SK will not beat Middletown. This is not last years Middletown team (and yes I actually attended a Middletown game) but to have so many errors and only lose to Trotwood by 5 is amazing. Albeit a scrimmage game.
