I think the operative you guys are missing is the "growing up" portion of the thread title. "Seinfeld," "Ally McBeal," et al, are not exactly kid-geared shows the way "Boy Meets World" and "Saved By The Bell" are.

I can't remember every show, and considering I was younger during the 90's I didn't watch ER...ET maybe...

Hey Arnold was classic.

 

Pete and Pete was one of my favorites.

I was all about some Nickelodeon, Rugrats and Legends of the Hidden Temple were my favorite. I loved all of the classics though such as:

I have to admit that the only show on this list I've even heard of is Cat Dog. I apparently missed some good TV in the '90s.

"All That" was the kid/teen version of SNL or Mad TV.

Wonder Years was and awesome show. However SBTB was the best.

Anybody remember Hardcore TV from HBO? I think it only lasted 1 season, but I thought it was hilarious. I loved Dream On too. Besides the networks and TBS, HBO is the only other channel I had growing up, so there you go.
