July 3, 201016 yr Rolen doubles. Second and third, one out. Should be a run but Heisey get picked off between second and third the pitch before.
July 3, 201016 yr Certainly has been a frustrating one to watch today. At least Bill Bray looked good. Edited July 3, 201016 yr by MJAlltheWay24
July 3, 201016 yr Author Brewers lead the Cards 8-0 in the 4th, and Carpenter pitched like a man with an injured arm. He had nothing on his pitches, and didn't look right at all.
July 4, 201016 yr Brewers lead the Cards 8-0 in the 4th, and Carpenter pitched like a man with an injured arm. He had nothing on his pitches, and didn't look right at all. I hope Carpenter doesn't have serious arm issues but the score is certainly good news for the Reds. Three-fourths of the time you can chalk up a Cards win with Carp on the bump.

I definitely thought that they were going to gain a game on the boys today after the Reds loss and I saw Carpenter was on the mound. Sure would be nice to win tomorrow at go 3-1 this series...that is what I said I wanted, hopefully they can make it happen.
