May 2, 201016 yr We had some rediculiously loud thunder in Independence last night. Happened right at about 3:45 am. It woke up the entire nieghborhood.
May 2, 201016 yr Our Lake out back here in Frankfort is way out of its bank. My Dock is about 3.5 ft. under water. A neighbors dock is floating down the Lake. Wow. Stay safe everybody.

May 2, 201016 yr The flash flooding occurs in my basement everytime it rains heavy.:irked: I guess that's the price I have to pay when living in a house built in 1853.
