How many college bars could there be in this town? When I was in college we went to almost every bar every night. Everyone did. He was the 28 year old w/ guys even older in a college town at college bars. Again it isn't rape, but there are a lot of different things that can be considered sexual assault.

The cop that was forced to quit wasn't exactly acting like a pro and we know that now. In Ben's defense and I hate him right now. We are only getting her and her friends side of the story right now. It wouldn't do him much good to give his side.

April 17, 201016 yr Author This incident certainly raises an interesting question about police officers working off-duty for celebrities. Two off-duty officers were with Ben when he was at the club. Are you telling me that they didn't know he was buying drinks for underage girls? One supposedly stood guard outside the bathroom?? It seems to me they quit being officers of the law and went into bodyguard mode. I don't think that's a good situation.

Just as you stated earlier celebrities get attention. I would say in a small Georgia college town a Superbowl winning QB that's 28 years old really got attention. The problems to me if the girls reports are accurate are why were off duty cops blocking her friends from getting there. When they reported the incident immediately after why did an on duty cop call her a drunken obscenity? So the off duty cops didn't know she was drunk and blocked her friends from getting to her but 10 minutes later the on duty Ben fan did? Also isn't Ben in a position where he could invite college girls back to his place rather than chasing them down a hall into a bathroom w/ his package hanging out?
April 17, 201016 yr At the end of the day, no matter what the actual truth is I will never feel sorry for Ben. He put himself in the situation he is in now and that is not debatable. With his stature, I am sure there are numerous sober women willing to throw themselves at him, so why then pick the obviously too drunk chick? Because he was a drunken idiot.... I don't care what Ben's side of the story is, he's a scum bag that makes extremely poor decisions. I'm sure when he actually gets to tell his side of the story he will paint himself as the victim. There is no place for people like him as the leader of a professional sports team, if he hasn't grown up by now I wouldn't expect it to happen anytime soon

Are we serious? I know this is a Bengal dominated board, but please try to listen to the context of that post. Simply retarded thinking. I agree that it's no excuse for lewd behavior, but it's rather common, like it or not. And frankly, I wish all of those who participate in that type of junk would get called to the carpet and scrutinized, but that's just not living in reality.
