Yes, parking will be a bear, no pun intended.

You could almost hold a free tournament and make your money off of parking and admission.

Tourny note. The NKY Bulldogs will play Friday night at Midwest Hoops against Showtime Basketball? and again on Saturday at 5/3 against St. Louis Prophets.

The U14 Kentucky Select (Tarheels) will be playing on Friday night @ 6 against the Cincinnati Royals in the U15 division. Game will take place on court #7 @ UC. This looks to be a very good tournament with 24 teams in the U15 division.

Which Midwest Hoops?

Any more details, I need a bit of basketball to watch. Any local NKY high schoolers in this one? And is there a schedule anywhere?

The NKY Bulldogs are all local High Schoolers and will be playing at Midwest Hoops in Florence at 9:00 P.M. Friday.

I thought there would be more teams entered in this tourney.

Keep us posted everyone on how your team is doing.

NKY Heat is playing in this one. They are a 16u team. All players are from NKY except 2 players from Walnut Hills High School. They play Friday at 9:00 PM at Midwest Hoops.

Have not seen rosters but in the 17's Team Ky usually has some local high school players. Shining Star Kentucky team has some local N Ky players and other Shining Star teams usually have one or two Ky players as well.

Does not seem as big a tourney as years past. UC venue for the players is good but not an easy place to watch a game for the fans.

I was told a few weeks ago that there is a AAU national qualifier this weekend in the Cincinnati area. There is also a Ohio Top 100 thing going on this weekend around Columbus so a lot of teams will not have there full roster or their best players there, so some teams may have decided not to attend, we have two players in that as well but decided to play anyway.

I was under the impression that all of the MW Hoops games were at the Evendale location?? Please ignore, they will be using both locations, Florence and Evendale.
