Police Beating Caught On Tape

Featured Replies

The video doesn't lie. Somebody is screwed!!!! I don't care if he said something about the horses momma, doesn't give those clowns the right to beat the crap out of the guy. Restraining him is one thing but 4 guys playing Babe Ruth on someone is not and shouldn't be tolerated. Someone is going down for this!!!

Will charges be filed against these officers? That was a bad clubbing. Using deadly force for no apparent reason is as illegal for a police officer as it would be for a citizen.

How much money do you think this kid will get from this? I would think a pretty penny.

Yeah, I think he will get the rest of his college paid for and then some.

I do not trust a single police officer, just as police officers do not trust a single suspect or any person for that matter. Officers demand respect from the United States population and the same respect should be given to them by the officers. I know not all cops are bad, but I do not like the way nearly 100% of them (that I have personally dealt with) them speak so condescendingly and do not have mutual respect between them and the people they are dealing with. I may not get treated the same way by police as I grow older, but being part of a younger generation, cops have never shown me the patience or respect I expect when I always cooperate fully with law enforcement officers.
The bolded is the accurate part of the statement.

Good for you. I'm also assuming you've got a few more years on me and you probably aren't treated with the blatant disrespect from officers as some of us younger people are. I've often been treated more like a 5 year old than a 20 year old more often than not by cops for no apparent reason.
People often find themselves treated as they ask to be treated by the way they treat others and how they conduct themself in public.

What I don't know, but may have possibly (I said possibly folks) occurred is that the young man did something horrific before he started skipping/dancing down the street; such was observed by another police officer and radioed to the cops that took him down. The cops still shouldn't have beat him the way they did from what I can see. But I have enough years on me to know that there is usually more to the story than what is initially reported or observed. We'll see in due course I guess.

I say fire them and charge them with assault. There is no room for that kind of behavior in law enforcement.

If so then why didn't the police say that, they claimed he struck the horse and you can see in the video that he didn't. I bet the ones involved, that this was not their first time doing something like this, but first time getting caught. JMO
