"Down and Dirty" tomorrow, we're going to separate the contenders from the pretenders. We have to fill some Line positions, and it starts tomorrow.

Any updates on the first morning of camp? I realize the session doesn't end for 4 minutes but I figured someone may be there watching that could update us.

I know they hit the field running yesterday, the first session was full speed. There were several puckers, but it appeared most made it though OK.

 

I'll be there tonight to see how things are going.

So, what was your opinion of camp for the Rams now that it is over?

 

My assessment? Well, we have some players that can play, but as a whole we have a ways to go. Some worked hard, and it showed. Some have worked hard in the off season and the work has showed. It's going to come down to who wants to play, and some of the sophomores seem to want that.

My sons a soph. I sure hope he is putting forth an effort. I always said he was like that box of chocolates, .................................he is capable but they have to want it.

For Raceland, July 12 starts "Mini-Camp". After that it is "all football", "all the time".
