He is going to finish the year out at Wurtland.

 

You may need to clarify us on this fact. Are you sure he is enrolled at Wurtland? It has been said he is being home schooled. Is this true?

You going to provide any substantive info or just pop in for a one liner every once in a while?:popcorn:

 

I am truly at a loss for words. We have the potential for a wonderful season. The problem is all of the unknowns regarding this team. We have the majority of our skill guys returning but what about the line? What about the kicking game? What about leadership? IF the coaching staff can motivate the boys to work and believe in themselves, I think our line will develope and we will prosper. I do look for us to struggle early in the season but by the time our 1A schedule begins we should be ok.

 

Gosh, we are going to playing some young guys on the line, I hope they mature under Coaches Maynard, Lewis and Salmons to contribute to the Rams football success.

You're absolutely right, it will all come down to the linemen. We have to find three that are ready to step it up and play above their experience.

Maybe a fourth. I hear one is not hustling and having trouble maintaining his gpa. He better get his head on straight or he'll miss out on his senior year........

As for 2010 insight, I have looked into the future and tell you that the secret to Raceland's success in 2010 is: "Lineman Development". If you know any of the Raceland coaches, ask them how the the "Linemen Development" is going, that is the focus, and justifiable so.

Well Doc, I think you may be right. I remember last year during a game some military planes (probably came from Worthington Airport) were circling over the pressbox & saw Ram & started to attack him (thinking he might be the second coming of King Kong)... I think the fans probably thought it was a pregame flyby salute bringing in the gameball.

Well, I will give my thoughts: The district title will again be between Raceland and LCA, and more then likely the Regional Championship will again be between Raceland and LCA.

 

Who will win? I'm not sure yet. Both teams have to find some players, but I do think it will two barn burners.
