March 25, 201016 yr Yeah, because we all know no one on the left ever does that garbage. You really make me laugh Ace. You're so pro-everything liberal it's not even fun discussing things with you anymore. My statement was not pro-left, it was anti-violence. The Radical Right (which I would assume does NOT include anyone on here, save one maybe) constantly spout about terrorism. Yet these tactics are terroristic. How is being against somebody anonymously calling someone and threatening to kill them being pro-left. I cannot follow your line of reasoning that makes that connection.

March 25, 201016 yr If this were the other way around, you would be no where to be found in these threads. It's so predictable it becomes funny. Why do you say this? I have never, ever, suggested any harm or retaliation toward anyone. Least of all anyone who disagrees with me. That is why people like LBBC struggle with my theology because I am not even convinced that I must convince someone to think like me for them to go to heaven. I don't even think I have disparaged people on this board. I would absolutely denounce suggestions of violence toward McCain or Pence or DeMint or Boehner, or Cantor (as a matter of fact he says there was a bullet shot through his window at his headquarters.) That is wrong and the person should be lawfully punished.

I'm saying if it were R's getting threatened, you wouldn't post in the thread. Just my opinion of course, but it seems you don't post in threads that show liberals in a negative light. :idunno:

However, the FBI is in on this one.
March 25, 201016 yr So if it had been the congressman who had his gas line cut that would have been okay? Just so I get the full gist.:scared: Where did I say that? Since we're making assumptions can I assume from the tenor of your posts that you live in a grass shack and every penny in excess of what to need to live on you donate to those less fortunate then you?

Yes you can make that assumption. Originally Posted by All Tell That's not what I said at all and you know it. Am I sorry that members of congress are feeling heat because of the way they voted? You said you were not the least bit sorry about it.
March 25, 201016 yr Given the context of this discussion ... Am I sorry that members of congress are feeling heat because of the way they voted? Not one bit. Am I sorry that this brother got caught in the crossfire. Yes.... I would say that this reply ... So if it had been the congressman who had his gas line cut that would have been okay? Just so I get the full gist.... wasn't entirely unwarranted.
March 25, 201016 yr Anyone advocating or even excusing threats and violence need to pause and do a self check. Besides it just being wrong morally, it also is a threat to our democracy. It is difficult enough finding quality people to serve and hold office without adding fear of violence to the list of reasons not to run for office.

I know you pick and choose Scriptures that you are comfortable with and forget the ones that make you uncomfortable, while people like me that you allude to TRY and fail to follow the Scriptures that we like and the ones that make us feel uncomfortable. I try to follow what Jesus and His Apostles said and most of the times I fail at it. But I am trying to get better. You follow what you want to follow and ignore the rest. I don't struggle with it. Just want you to see your inconsistency and hypocritical views of Chrisitianity. My worldview would be to allow homosexuals to do whatever they wish. But that ain't what Scripture indicates. And I have committed to try and follow what Christ and his Apostles indicated in Scripture whether I like it or not. Anything different and it becomes MY Christianity and I ain't that perfect or smart to tell anyone how to live their life. If I can't support it via Scriptures, it ain't something to listen to.:thumb::thumb:
