March 28, 201016 yr I'm not sure there will be enough medical evidence to prove anything. From what I've read he admitted to sexual contact, but not intercourse. His claim was she fell after the sexual contact. I still think this girl really thinks she was wronged. I just don't know that what happened was illegal. If it was illegal I doubt it can be proven. Either way it's sad for the girl, but if nothing inappropriate happened it is really bad for Ben. He's labeled now and after the first one he wasn't really. Hard to keep your balance at this weight!:eek:
