Does anyone know of any other instances where groups/individuals have been punished for following a court order?

No matter what the courts officially ruled, most Non-Birds followers feel that they should not be given back those victories because they are tainted.

You hit the nail on the head with the bolded statement. I imagine most non-bird followers do feel that way. However, their feeling and the law are two different things. Just because you feel a certain way, doesn't make it fact or right.

I look at it this way; lets say your getting a divorce. Years of hard work and your wife wants it all. If you want to say " sure honey, I worked hard for all this but hey you take it all and I'll just move on", that's fine if that's what you want to do . However, we are talking Highlands football and I don't want to just give up all that those kids, coaches, parents, etc. have worked so hard for. Twelve wins are twelve wins that they earned and deserve.

I understand how Highlands may feel they deserve the wins back. Again if that happens so be it. My guess is we wouldn't be having this discussion if the kid stayed where he was supposed to in the first place according to the rules.

So having a discussion with you all means I am dragging this out?? I didn't open this case back up, write a letter or anything else on this matter. Simply discussing it with you all. The fact in the matter is you don't like the fact that I am not being a Pro-Highlands on this topic.

You do not make any sense. You don't have any sympathy for a team that had 12 wins taken away for no reason? Then falsely accusing the Mitchells of not following the rules is absurd. They followed the rules, won the case and did not do anything wrong.

Why do you think they did not follows the rules? The Mitchells and Highlands followed the rules that the KHSAA and the courts set out for them.
