No, but you picked them 3rd. Which since you bothered to vote I'm guessing is your opinion. You were giving Les a hard time for his vote and opinion. Since you wanted to see if he was positive on his pick I just wondered if you were positive on yours?

Heck, I'll meet him halfway. Reds finish 5/6 he wins. They finish 4 or higher, I win. That satisfy you? But Les won't bite, he has to get back to his life. I've gotten used to Les running the old yap and running back to his life. So, my offer stands. Seems Les is a "Dodger" fan.

It's the Cards or Cubs division to lose, with the Brew Crew and Red Legs battling it out for 3rd, both hovering around or slightly above .500

I would be willing to bet anything the Reds finish closer to .500 than they do to last place Les. But you are far to busy for us and our pettiness.

That's right, I didn't say it. Makes me sound like it's crazy for people to think that? OK, did I say that, too? Didn't think so.

Look I'm sorry that I'm not bowing down to the Reds and stating they are going to finish first — in my opinion, I don't think it will happen, but they just might have a chance at the first pick in the draft.

I'm interested to see your NL Central breakdown, Les.

What are the Reds missing that every other team in the Central has? I look forward to your response and an actual discussion of the teams in the NL Central.

This is the time he runs away from the thread and doesn't answer the questions posed directly to him. :sssh:

He will now though since I made this post. Seriously though, there is no reason to say the Reds will finish last when they haven't in a while and this is their best line up on paper in awhile.

So thats a no then.

And I take it you want no part of my little wager since you didn't respond to my post.

Did you read through the votes? I picked the Reds third myself....and honestly could care less if they field a team this season. I'm a Red Sox fan, I just thought it was funny that Spindoc wanted to call Les out on his opinion but doesn't seem to confident in his own pick.

Can we stop with the wagers and focus on the Reds, or at least the NL Central?

Spindoc always tries to call me out. I'm back guys, I've been busy, I'm not trying to run from anything. I just can't stay on a message board all day. There are other things in life than this. As for making bets, no need to make bets. I stand by my what I said earlier, Reds will finish dead last — even behind poor ole Pittsburgh.

As for a break down — St. Louis, Chicago, Milwaukee and then it doesn't matter, except for Reds to finish dead last.:thumb:

I met him halfway. And the RedSox suck. I find it funny you are concerned.

I find it funny you are concerned with what I say. But to each their own. I appreciate that you feel like what I say is gospel.

If he thought what you said was gospel I don't think he would want to make the bet.

Wow. About as much as I think Oprah's new bible is worth the paper it's printed on.

Like I said, pitching stays healthy and they finish 3rd.

That's it? That's your analysis?

No reason at all. Not even a "St. Louis because I like the Anheuser Busch factory"?
