I guess nobody knows or didnt see my post. Once again, does anybody know when an Announcement will be made?

Well now we are talking about Franklin County here, when they do things are normally when a mood strikes them.....so your guess is as good as mine.

You're right. I meant in terms of actual school districts, Henry County HS is the only high school for that "district". I'm guessing that the support Henry County gets as far as the whole Henry County/Eminence/New Castle communities are concerned, that it is largely in favor of Henry? Or no? Any chance of a merger there in years to come?

Merger will not happen...maybe never. Tax base in Eminence is high enough to keep it open for years to come. Not to mention, they are really good in terms of test scores. Small schools like this die hard, it will be open for many years to come.

Enough about HC, are they going to announce him today? I heard from a reliable source, but I won't be "that guy" who releases it early. Kids deserve to have a good surprise!

Is the new coach they have chosen a current head coach?

Thought it was gonna be announced by the end of the week?

Name I am hearing is Chris Tracy.

If that is true then Woodford just lost their head coach and OC.

If Chris Tracy is indeed the choice, this could start a REAL BIG domino effect of coach's in this area.
