Looks like Kentucky*Orbit's limb didn't break after all when he predicted Bracken Co over St. Pat. He seemed to ruffle some feathers when he made that prediction after the Paris/St. Pat game. :sssh:

 

Thanks Sports .... watched alot of girls B ball over the last 4 years and I will take preparation over talent any day.

Very hard fought intense game. Both teams hustled and fought from beginning to end. It was as exciting a girls game as I've seen in awhile. Congrats to Coach Kelsch and the Lady Bears. Best of luck at the state tournament.

Many had conceded that the winner of the Brossart-St. Patrick semi-finals game would easily beat Bracken County and represent the 10th Region in the Touchstone Energy All "A" State Tournament next Wednesday at 1:30pm at McBrayer Arena in Richmond.

 

Not so! Coach Kelsch must have had a great game plan and his players must have believed that they could upset the Lady Saints and did!

 

I couldn't be happier for Coach Kelsch and his team - Good Luck Next Week in Richmond. Enjoy the ride.

 

This must be a devestating loss for the Lady Saints. It's a shame that either team had to lose the game.

I called the the upset before anyone...... Sumo stand by your words be strong...everyone knows who you are and I respect that. Jet cat 54 you have no idea why Mason/St Pat do not play in the regular seaso. Coach Douglas pulled out of the summer team camp at Mason County and also pulled out of the Mason County Christmas round robin at the last minute and left Mason County to fill their void. Enjoy your year this year with Coach Douglas because she will bolt for greener pastures after her talent is gone.

I've been known to be stuck with a few (dozen) unused/unearned "A" Champs shiirts over the years.

 

There are kids running around the First Nation Indian Reservation in Garden River, Ontario, Canada proclaiming Brossart to be the 2009 10th Region "A" Champs - very sharp shirts! Unfortunately, Calvary Christian won! There is a big clothes donation box there that I contribute our unused/unearned shirts to when we don't get the job done.
