This one is like Truman and his supporters saying "We have never had a bomb dropped on US soil during our presidency." Its been said at least twice by people in the R party. That's exactly what I'm trying to determine. If one person slips up and says it its just ignorance or a slip. However, when at least 3 have made the same statement it makes you wonder what's going on.

Just an interesting choice of words that are either a concerted effort/strategy or just poor memory on behalf of those opposing President Obama.

January 12, 201016 yr In situations like this there is a double standard. The double standard is that Republicans do the honorably thing and resign or Republicans get rid of their own. Whereas the Dems lack the abililty to do the honorably thing, for these people like the current Dems, do not have any moral values or principles. This could go with the thread about Reid as well.

I don't think its a stretch at all when you look at it from a "strategy" perspective. 3 times now we've heard folks trying to distance 9.11 from President Bush. Why? I never thought anyone held 9.11 against him specifically. Why are his friends trying to whitewash it? Is it to help him and his legacy? Or is it somehow a strategy against the current President? If we were saying that "2 people" questioned whether the current economic crisis was the fault of President Bush then we can say its nothing because we could all argue that until we're blue in the face and its very subjective. This debate isn't. Its cut and dry.
