I'm shocked, saw him play and I don't know how he is D2. Not taking anything away from the kid, good player, but he isn't very strong.

My guess is he may red-shirt and put on some weight. But, the kid can flat out score. He gets to play the sport he loves while getting an education. Just awesome!!

 

And, I think Coach Bezold has a pretty good track record. I, for one, will not question his judge of talent.

Your putting Jolly on the same level as Sorrell and Faulkner. He is a good player, but I was questioning if he would be able to play D3 basketball. That being said congrats and good luck.

I agree with the Hulk on this one. There are more talented kids locally that would fit better in the black and gold Norse unis.

I am very happy for Brady and his family. He is a hard working boy who will make the most out of this opportunity!

Bezold keeps getting Division one transfers so I am not sure how much the lesser skilled signees will see the floor. I think the Jolly kid can score, but will have to really bulk up and develop some sort of quickness to guard anyone that is a 2 or 3 on the opposing team. As you know Bezold loves defense.

Congrats to Jolly. He's a nice player. Question though. Did he sign a full scholarship or a letter of intent to walk on? Just for clarification. Either way - congratulations.

Is this the same kid that scored 7 against Boone a couple of weeks ago? Must be a great defender. Congrats to this young man.

Here is what I know:

 

1. Brady Jolly has committed to be a full scholarship athlete to NKU.

2. He will probably red-shirt to put on some weight.

3. NKU Coach Dave Bezold has had some success and I will trust his judge of talent.

4. Brady Jolly is one of the best players in the 10th region.

5. He is averaging 18 points per game.
