So does anyone miss it?

I'm talking about the big one that is no longer played.

I second the motion and really miss the KY/TN game.

Yep.

It was really good I sure do miss it.

YES!

Yes,sure do miss it,its the one time we can beat Tenn. in football.

Can somebody make a move to start it back up?

Miss it deeply :(

Why did it stop getting played?

It still happens in the "Border Bowl" between KY - TN in Williamsburg Ky.

Not the same setup as competing in Neyland or Commonwealth vs. the entire state of Tennessee's best vs. our entire state. There was also a streak that Kentucky had I believe we had won 6 out of the last 7 contest, and then the overall record since being played in the early 80's. It helps having the Border Bowl though.

I would like to see it come back but I would like to see more players from the smaller schools get a true shot at playing in this game.

I would also like to see the locations change from year to year with both states hosting at the best places in thier state with high school stadiums being thrown in the mix.
