I'll be at the scorers table for most of the entire time. lol. The only time those two days I won't be is between sessions of the NKU games and the BBCHC on that Saturday.

Looks like only three teams from Ohio participating; may need to come up with a new name for the event one of these days.

 

Stats, if we attend Mason County's game I will try to look you up. I know the Royals enjoyed their time at the BOKC in the spring.

The three teams from the Buckeye state playing won't bring much of a crowd either.

I have been put in charge of coordinating the press table workers. I will be doing scoreboard/official stats, my friend and fellow co-worker Bobby Green will be the official scoreboard operator, and Kevin Schwab (former voice of the Florence Freedom and current voice of the Dixie heights High School football/basketball) will be the PA Announcer. The official book will be the guy that does it for Covington Catholic's basketball games...his name slips my mind at the current time.

The Highlands/Oak Hills and Scott/Lexington Catholic matchups appears to be the best games of the ones listed to be played.

I thought about scheduling a weekend to come visit my NoKy friends, but with these dud matchups, ehhhhh ...

I will be attending the Sat night games most likely. Interested in seeing how good Ryle is this season with Mcleish/Coleman/Stouffer. Also want to see how the Frosh guard Mason Monroe does for PC. Highlands is my team so that should also be a good matchup with a deep Oak Hills bunch.

Mason Monroe was solid and very poised at Rupp yesterday.

Well tomorrow is the first day of the event. I found out today that there will be some extra games going on this weekend....none of them are high school games though. At halftime of each game this weekend, there will be a quick youth game played with one of them being a Special Olympics game so if you in attendance this weekend, please show some love for the Special Olympic athletes and the grade school teams.
