November 14, 200916 yr Cincy did what they have to do, survive and advance. Pitt is going to be a test, but I think they have a good shot of running the table.
November 14, 200916 yr UC got the benefit of a questionable call in this game. It would be unfair to not admit that after questioning SEC calls. I think the replay call was right, but I also wanted it to be right. I don't think the call was as clear as say the INT in the Bama game, but it was questionable. If people think the call was wrong though it only helps prove my point. There is too much money on the line for there not to be questions.

I was right there in the endzone and my video showed he just barely got the ball across when he stretched out the first time. It was very very close, but he got it across...
November 14, 200916 yr Cincy is starting too get tested and they are surviving.... Pitt will be the ultimate test on their schedule it appears. I hope BK can keep the momentum going, granted they aren't going to win by 28+ every week I hope there not at the top of their slope.

Come on, that wasn't a touchdown. He fumbled the ball before stretching across the plain. That call didn't win them the game, WVU wasn't able to pass until it was too late; but it was a good victory for UC. The Pittsburgh/UC game is going to be dynamite.

It must have been the video the replay official saw because the all the ones they showed on TV weren't enough to overturn the call IMO.

I was right on the line and on the first reach he got about 1/3 of the ball across the line. So were you telling people around you that you thought the call would be reversed, and it would be a touchdown?
November 14, 200916 yr So were you telling people around you that you thought the call would be reversed, and it would be a touchdown? Only after I played it back twice in slow motion. It was very, very close...

I'm not calling you a liar, I'm stating what every person that wasn't rooting for Cincinnati realizes.

November 14, 200916 yr  If you say so... Really? I'd like to see how many people honesty think that was a touchdown; I bet there are far more that don't think it was.

November 14, 200916 yr I was just told from a contact at ESPN working the game that there was a still frame provided to the replay booth that showed exactly what I described with about 1/3 of the ball over the line on the initial reach for the endzone. Obviously he wasn't in the replay booth, but said that had to be why they overturned the call...
