Perhaps maybe anyone who voted for Bourbon County to win want to explain why they will? :popcorn:

 

There are many factors to why a team can win or lose. Sometimes the caliber of team has nothing to do with the outcome. Don't look too far past each opponent!!

 

Bourbon is not that bad of a team. Young in the field experience side which is frustrating but they have to get the experience somewhere. They have grown alot during the season. They have had close games that shouldn't have been but that is the why it is a game to be learned.

 

And yes supporting the team where I have seen these young men play for years is always going to be a factor in how I place my vote.

 

What does it matter that someone voted against the Rebels in a poll anyway. That poll doesn't decide the game. JMO

I voted for Bourbon County because I am a fan of Bourbon County & Paris High School athletics; I appreciate the young men and women that compete for their respective schools. I am aware that Boyle County has a really good 4A team that is highly, highly favored favored over the Colonels. That being said I am hoping that the Colonels play lights out and pull off the upset. While Boyle County is very good, it is not like they are St. Thomas Aquinas High School, don't get to full of yourself. A really bad clairvoyant can envision tough Fridays ahead with Lex. Cath & Bell Co for the Rebels.

I dont think Bourbon has a chance to win, but I dont think they will just be completely dominated, I think pointer will find a way to keep the clock running and keep it halfway respectful.

Again, all I was wanting was YOUR take. I was just wanting to hear some predictions for the OTHER team instead of hearing, "Boyle County wins". Maybe once somebody votes that can explain why they win because I'm not sure what type of team Bourbon County is. Run, pass or balanced? I'm just trying to get the facts. I'd like to hear from the Bourbon County faithful. I wasn't throwing The Colonels to the curb because I know what happened in 97'. As for the poll, it doesn't matter. Just wanting opinions.
