If he could see them and walked from room to room so that he kept in her view I think that makes him look bad. At 8:30 that is possible, at 5:30 I don't think so.

 

I still don't think he should have been charged with anything.

 

But still......if he walked from room to room......., why wouldn't she LEAVE his yard after the initial sighting and instead of continuing to follow him for the alleged room to room sightings? Are there window-peeping laws that exist there? This is a ridiculous waste of taxpayer money. I think Springfield VA needs to get a new Prosecutor who won't waste his/her time and their money.

Is it at all possible that he saw her, tried to get out of the line of sight and kept moving on a parallel path through the house with her as he tried to get under cover?

I do a lot of walking in the dark. I leave the house every morning when it's still dark, and I usually am walking my dog after dark. Not that I'm a peeping Tom or anything...but unless you're really looking for something, you aren't going to see it, even if the lights are on. I do some looking as I go walking, but I keep walking, and don't stop. I can't figure out why she was on his property either. In my experience, most people don't have every light in the house on, especially in the morning.

There has to be some privacy issue. It is not a crime to be naked, just not in public, which he was not.

And this occurred at 5:30 in the morning. He got up to make a pot of coffee and a lady and her 7 year old son walked by the house and saw him through the window. Why is a lady and her 7 year old son walking around at 5:30 in the morning????

 

Why was she looking into someone's window and complaining about what she saw?

I will be shocked to see if anything comes out of these frivilous charges. He was in the comfort of his home. Unless he was deliberately standing at the window and making himself visable intentionally, I really don't see he has done anything wrong. I have friends who were saw having sex through their window. Someone claimed to have saw them and called the police. The police did give them a warning and told them to make sure blinds and curtains were pulled at all times, but definately no charges were brought against them. We have a neighbor who walks around in his yard naked all summer long. I didn't believe it until I saw it for my own eyes. Actually my four year old daughter did and she brought it to my attention. He has no privacy fence and actually walks around like this. I was upset at the time so I did call the police but nothing happened. Now his situation he is out in the yard, still his property but visable to everyone b/c he has no privacy fence.

I would report him to the Authorities again. Keep your kids away from that weirdo.

Or he didn't need to be in the kitchen while the pot of coffee was brewing so he was doing other things. I could be in 4 different rooms w/ windows from my kitchen in less than ten seconds.

Of course, any man pouring hot coffee while naked is showing an extreme lack of common sense!:scared::lol:
