Oblermann/Matthews/Hannity/O'Reilly are not in the news delivery business. They are there to give opinions/interview people who give opinions.

 

So, in my mind, you can distinguish between the network news organizations and the cable channels opinion shows.

What are we arguing about? The true national 'news' media is dead and gone. There is MUCH more opinion programming than actual 'news' on all of them. I find it funny that those that lean left think MSNBC is a fine upstanding organization and FOX news is the devil. The right, vice versa.

I think MSNBC and Fox are basically the same thing from both sides of the aisle. I also think that the network stations learn a little more to the left in general. I don't go listen to Olberman or Beck to get news.

Actually, I don't agree with everything Obama does. Heck, I didn't even vote for the guy. But I will defend him against the silly stuff he gets thrown at him. And I think he has a point in this case.
