IMO after seeing PC play, if they do not win the region then therie season is a failure. All the talent they have and cant win the weak region. I am sick of hearing how PC iws so good and this is the only year they have ever won the dist. Act like you have been there before, but you cant because you havent been there before. Also Hines is under achieved in PC with all of the talent he has had. Give Rock or most teams his talent and watch them win district and maybe region every year.

So, you are saying Rock is no-talent? Nice slap at your own team. By the way, what was the score in the PC vs Rock game this year? That was done without an All State QB, Starting corner/ running back, and 3 others out for PC. For a team that is suposed to pride itself on defense, Pulaski sure did run and throw the ball up and down the field on Rock. If PC's defense is so bad, what's that say about Rock's defense?

District 7 teams (District Records in Parenthesis)

Pulaski County (3-0)

Southwestern (3-1)

South Laurel (1-2)

Mercer County (1-2)

Lincoln County (0-3)

Games remaining:

Mercer County at Pulaski County

Lincoln County at South Laurel

Pulaski has clinched #1 seed.

Southwestern has clinched #2 seed

If South wins and Mercer loses, South is 4rd and Mercer is 4th

If South loses and Mercer loses, Lincoln is 3rd and South is 4th

If South wins and Mercer wins, South is 3rd and Mercer is 4th

If South loses and Mercer wins, Mercer is 3rd and Lincoln is 4th

District 8 teams (District Record in parenthesis)

Letcher County Central (3-1)

Harlan County (3-1)

Whitley County (3-1)

Perry County Central (2-2)

North Laurel (1-3)

Clay County (0-4)

Games Remaining:

North Laurel at Letcher County Central

Harlan County at Clay County

Whitley County at Perry County Central

Letcher Central's loss was to Harlan County

Harlan County's loss was to Whitley County

Whitley County's loss was to Letcher County Central

How likely is it that one of those three gets a loss this week? If not, how does the 3-way tie-breaker shake out for them?

It appears that Perry County Central gets the 4th spot. Clay County and North Laurel appear to be mathematically eliminated (if NL and PCC both end up 2-3, PCC get the head-to-head tie-breaker).

Let's hear opinions on who wins each district and then the region. In my opinion, District 8 is better this year than District 7. Could we see a District 8 sweep of the first round?

How will the seeds go if Whitley Harlan and Letcher all win out

Wow-I think you must have a personal problem with PC-every post is something negative about PC. Was the loss to them that upsetting to you? By the way I don't think the region is week at all.

Yeah I have no love for PC. Sick of hearing how good they are supposed to be and never won anything to back up what they say or think. Like I said, give any team your talent and they win district most years and region more times than not. 1 time district champions. WOW

Oh yeah, you had to beat a team who is going to be 1-9 in Mercer, 4-6 SL, SW who cant throw, and not to mention Lincoln who is 1-9 and one is a forfiet to PC, but lets not go there again. It reminds me of starkist tuna, the C--CK-N of the sea. But you did beat Rock, shouldnt have but i guess that is why you play the game. Unlike Lincoln and PC. I didnt have a good experience with PC fans, never have adn it carries over from their team attitude.

How will the seeds go if Whitley Harlan and Letcher all win out

Too busy to figure that one out today but if all three were to lose (which means Perry County Central wins vs Whitley), then there would be a four way tie at 3-2.

How will the seeds go if Whitley Harlan and Letcher all win out

HC #1

LCC #2

WC #3

Harlan County would have around 18 points with the over Bell County and Letcher County Central would have around 15, Whitley County would have about 8.

Since SW is a #2 they have a bad draw no matter what. They will be playin a one seed pretty much from that district. SW really needed to beat PC to help their case out.

SW is so good, it shouldn't matter who they get. As long as they aren't held, or get messed over by the refs. That defense can stop ANY running game. No problem for the Warriors!

This is how the regional pairings line up so far.

District 8 #4

District 8 #2 vs.

District 7 #3

Southwestern (D7#2) vs.

District 8 #3

District 8 #1 vs.

District 7 #4

I don't see how you think PC is a better team after losing their 2 best players to injury early in the season. I know the new quarterback is very good player but, Muse was very tough for defenseive cordinators to scheme against.
