Blocking text's??

If she is harassing you, why do you even want to be friends?

Just ignore the text messages. Eventually she would stop if you NEVER respond, right?

One would think she'd stop, I'll get the phone calls about needing to talk or this or that with family. I'm friends with her family, known them all for 10 years. But she has continually brought me down or distracted me, and I'm just going to elimintate it completely. I don't want anything to do with her, but I'm a guy and dumb, so I'm eliminating her completely, she's being deleted from my social network.

If you can't block her number, change your number.

But to find out if you can block it you will have to call your provider.

No, trust me, that's not the case with some people. Either they can't take the hint, or they don't care.

If it's that big an issue, can you not simply change your number?

Is it possible to block all texts entirely?

You're dating a girl from West Virginia?:ohbrother:

What's the most popular pickup line in West Virginina?

"Nice tooth, baby."

HB20, I think you'd be surprised. Some girls (and some guys too) just can't let go.

I can vouch for that. I have an ex-boyfriend that just can't seem to let it go. I don't like to be mean, but I have had no choice to lay it all out very clearly in a not so nice way that we have no future. He'll digest it and wait a couple days to, I guess, let me a cool off a bit. Then he'll try calling again. I think at the present moment, I have over 50 unanswered calls from him on my cell. This has been going on for longer than I care to admit.

That's what others thought to. I love the internet. Went to my service providers website, did a search under "block", found block text, followed the directions, and 859......... haha well yea that one number is blocked!

Or they'd rather ruin your happiness if it's not with them.

If you're with ATT I know you can block texts and calls from up to 5 numbers for like 4 dollars a month, but if they press *67 before they call it will still come thru

You need to see about an EPO. If this is going on and on and on, you need to protect yourself. Anyone that obsessed has the potential to be dangerous, IMO.

Yes yes, that's what I'm talking about. And she'll always leave me alone or be "happy for me" while she's involved with someone, but as soon as she hears how well I'm doing or happy I am, or she isn't happy, i get texts, calls etc. She cost me one relationship by calling and texting non stop inappropriate messages. Even sent messages that made it seem like we'd hung out when I hadn't seen her in months.

Next step, restraining order.

This is my thread, if you want to talk about you ex's start your own.:D
