Those two players are great players and they are taller than Justice, but I would almost guarantee that Justice is quicker and stronger.

 

I don't know if there is a quicker kid in the state than Ge'lawn Guyn that isn't 5-6. Also, if you watch Ricardo Johnson he is very physically strong. The 3 are all different players. They are all very good and probably the 3 front runners for Mr. Basketball. I'd rather celebrate how good they are rather than compare them to the point we are cutting them down!

Last time I checked Justice could play against everyone in the state of KY, and even top players outside of the state and have great success against them. His so-called "physical limitations" are put in place by observers who are not paying attention to the facts at hand and by those who haven't seen him play on a regular basis. The kid can flat out play against any and everyone. He can play against taller athletes, and he can play against tougher athletes. He has the basketball IQ and ability to play with anyone out there that may be better than him.

He's a 5-8 or 5-9 point guard ... you don't see many of those guys playing on the high-Division I level.

 

Yes, and I know about Travis Ford ... that was 20 years ago and Ford was a much better perimeter shooter than Justice.

All I can tell you is that I know what has been said and I know what Pitino is looking for and looking to do. We should know in about 2 days what kind of offer he'll pick up.

Others are monitoring him, but in his case they may come later. If they like what they see then you'll see more D-1 schools making their interest known.

I have to agree with westsider here. Guyn and Johnson fit the make up of a high D1 athlete. Justice is good but he isn't quicker, stronger, or more athletic than Johnson or Guyn.

 

I think the reason Justice is getting the attention is because he is in-state talent. I think a walk on offer from Pitino will be likely if he offers anything at all.
